As a Delegate Sales Manager, you will take on a high-level role in driving sales and revenue growth through phone-based interactions with potential clients. Your responsibilities will encompass not only selling products or services but also developing and implementing advanced sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.

  • Mentorship: Act as a mentor to junior sales representatives, sharing best practices and providing guidance on advanced sales techniques.  
  • Revenue Forecasting: Collaborate with sales management to develop revenue forecasts and work toward strategic revenue goals. 

What do you need to succeed in the role?

  • Proven track record of exceeding ambitious sales targets in a tele sales or telemarketing role. 
  • In-depth knowledge of advanced sales methodologies and consultative selling techniques. 
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and using it to make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client personas. 
  • Strategic thinking and a strong focus on long-term client relationships. 
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced sales certification is a plus

Great to Have 

  • If you have B2B sales experience for about 1 to 2 years at least, if not it is still okay
  • Life science background
