​About the role as  Graphic Designer



Graphic Designer 

If you're someone passionate about event planning and thrives in a collaborative work setting, we're eager to hear from you and discover more about your background. At IMAPAC, you'll delve into engaging projects and have the chance to interact with influential figures in the life sciences sector. Join our vibrant team and contribute to impactful initiatives spanning across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the UK!



What you can offer us?

  • Design web pages, brochures, logos, banners and other communication materials.
  • Design and edit corporate videos. 
  • Create these materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs.  
  • Liase with the Marketing team to gain an understanding of what they want their proposed communications to look like. Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.  
  • Produce drafts for review by internal teams and make revisions based on the feedback received.  
  • Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect client specifications.  

What do you need to succeed in the role?

  • Proven graphic designing experience  
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics 
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After effects)  
  • HTML code editor for designs will be a plus 
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details 
  •  Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines 
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Great to Have 

  • If you have B2B sales experience for about 1 to 2 years at least, if not it is still okay
  • Life science background
