Networking is the lifeblood of our events, the catalyst for forging connections, and the pathway to expanding your professional horizons within the biopharmaceutical realm. As a Networking Manager, you'll be the conductor of this networking symphony. Your mission? To curate an exceptional attendee experience before, during, and after our events, ensuring both quality and quantity. Plus, you'll be the maestro behind those targeted 1:1 networking meetings that bring our sponsors and attendees together seamlessly.

What you can offer us?

  1. Conduct market research and prospecting.
  2. Generate and manage leads effectively.
  3. Organize and lead client meetings.
  4. Coordinate VIP participation in events.
  5. Oversee onsite/virtual networking activities.
  6. Provide real-time updates and progress reports.
  7. Manage CRM systems and data.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team.
  9. Assist in CRM maintenance and troubleshooting.
  10. Deliver outstanding customer service.
  11. Facilitate one-on-one meetings.

What do you need to succeed in the role?

  • 1 year of relevant experience or fresh perspective.
  • Proficiency in marketing CRM systems.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills.
  • Proficiency in telephone Etiquette
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Customer/market-focused mindset.
  • Proactive with strong initiative.
  • Dependable and adaptable.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow.

Great to Have 

  • If you have B2B sales experience for about 1 to 2 years at least, if not it is still okay
  • Life science background
